2. Purpose of processing

Personal data will be processed in order to:

  • Manage requests for information.
  • Process mortgage brokerage requests.
  • Manage the contractual relationship.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Send commercial communications (where consent has been given).

Through the pre-qualification form we collect identifying and contact data and financial data (income, expenses, property value and desired financing amount), for the purpose of assessing, on an indicative basis, the viability of a mortgage and managing the study request. This data is considered ordinary personal data.

4. Retention

Data will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship exists and thereafter for the legally required periods.

5. Form protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

This website uses reCAPTCHA v3, a Google service, to protect forms against automated submissions and fraudulent use. To distinguish between humans and automated systems, reCAPTCHA collects information about the user’s device and browsing behaviour and sends it to Google, which may process it on servers located outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for by the applicable regulations. The legal basis for this processing is the controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring the security of its forms. Processing by Google is governed by its Privacy Policy and its Terms of Service.

6. Recipients

Data may be disclosed to:

  • Notaries.
  • Administrative agencies.
  • Public authorities.
  • Technology providers under a data processor agreement.

7. User rights

The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@primeteka.com. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
