Our story

Primeteka was born on the Costa del Sol for solvent buyers whose bank says “no”: for living abroad, being self-employed or having a case with nuances.
We come from banking and property finance: we know which deal to present to which bank, and how. The recommendation is always ours, never the bank’s.
